Choral Directors’ Exchange Dinner
Opening of the Canada International Choral Festival.
Open to the conductor and one other representative/leader. This event provides an opportunity for participating choirs to network and interact with other choirs and their representatives.

Choral Exchange and Education
A 1.5-hour choral educational workshop/masterclass by choral experts.
Open to all participants, followed by a one-hour exchange of singing and sharing.
Clinic Master Class is only open to the certain groups by booking in advance.

International Choral Showcase Concert
This will provide a platform to share cultures and music from different countries and nationalities. Each choir will have a 5-8 minute performance, and will join a mass choir with all participating groups.
Award & Closing Ceremony
Distinguish guests will present awards to the winners. The winning choirs will be invited to perform in the ceremony.
International Choral Competition
The choral groups registered to participate in this competition unit will compete according to the judging criteria; three judges will give their evaluations, and one judge will give a brief review of the choir’s performance.
